Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors · Rome

Clear numbers, for businesses that sell everywhere.

We support businesses that manufacture, import and sell products in Italy and abroad: accounting, tax, statutory audit, ecommerce and strategic projects, with a single firm to turn to.

How we work

Sound bookkeeping, then everything else.

Up-to-date accounts are the starting point for every tax, legal or strategic decision. From there we build the rest together with the business owner: returns, statutory audit, cross-border operations, asset protection.

Business owners and families who need to organise companies, holdings or generational handovers on a solid footing.

How we work

From the first contact to periodic review.

A four-stage path, the same for every new client.

  1. 1

    Contact & review

We listen to your situation and look at the documents you have, to understand where to start.

  2. 2

    Proposal

We propose the work, timeline and fees, with a named point of contact from the outset.

  3. 3

    Operational setup

We set up the bookkeeping, filings and control tools you need.

  4. 4

    Periodic review

We check deadlines and results, and update the strategy whenever needed.

Frequently asked questions

Before you write to us.

Do you only work with companies, or also with self-employed professionals and individuals?

We work with both: companies and sole traders for ongoing accounting and tax work, and individuals for tax returns, VAT registration, preferential regimes and taxation of personal investments.

Do you also work with businesses that only sell in Italy?

Yes. International taxation and ecommerce are areas where we have specific experience, but we also support businesses operating solely in Italy.

Can you handle the statutory audit if you already do our bookkeeping?

It depends on the case: the rules on auditor independence need to be assessed individually. We discuss this openly at our first meeting, before accepting any engagement.

How much does an initial meeting cost?

The first meeting to understand your situation and objectives is free. Afterwards, if you decide to proceed, we present a quote covering the work and fees.

Do you also work with clients based outside Rome?

Yes. Most of the work is carried out remotely, with in-person meetings in Rome when useful or required.

How do I contact you if I already have an urgent matter?

Write to us through the contact form stating the urgency: we reply as soon as possible to work out how to help.
